I am soo pissed with PLDT!!! They have the most suckiest DSL service ever! and they even have the nerve to go GLOBAL?! WTF!!! |
| Since August 29 i have been calling 172 ( Customer Service ) to report that i am having an intermittent DSl connection. Would yu freakin beleive this! they only get to fix my DSL connection this day and its already Sept. 18!!! I am not a computer dummy. I worked with SBC Yahoo before and i was a Triage Tech. im CISCO certified, i basically know 75% about routers and modems BUT its really impossible for me to fix something that is not on my end. First few days of my report im calm! 5th day… i TRY to be calm 6th – 10th day i am still trying to be calm. But this day… Geezuz Christ i just cant take it! I am their customer for mre than 5 years now and this is the first time that my DSl got fucked up and they can’t even send a technician or a decent return call from any of them?! and for the record… i’ve called their customer service for 25 times! 25 times!!! *sigh* all i can say is PLDT is freakin fuckin sucks!!! My disgust towards PLDT MyDSL’s UNETHICAL AND HORRIBLY UNACCEPTABLE LEVEL OF COMPETENCE is never ending. Ika nga sa tagalog, sagad na sa buto. Too bad PLDT DSL is the most DECENT DSL connection in our country. *sob* how sad. |

That does suck. I have been so impressed with my DSL, i would never switch to anything else. I guess you really didnt need to hear that, but, at least you can know that there is some really good DSL out there somewhere. Good luck getting it all fixed up.

Damn. I thought I had it bad. It took me two days of bitching for them to get my internet to work again. In your case, it’s really bad. Damn, they’ll get a class action lawsuit from me if it took them that long to get the internet back up. To hell if I’ll pay 2500 for something that doesn’t work for half a month. Good luck with your endeavors. Nice site by the way.

PLDT sucks. They have been overcharging me. You know the Guild Wars promo last year? I availed it last March 27, 2006. It’s supposed to be charging me for 1 year only but until now they’re still billing me with that!
Another thing is I lost connection from July 23, 2007 to August 2, 2007 and it’s their fault because they already told us that the error was on their side (Loss of configuration or something like that). They told me that they will give me a rebate… but my billing came and they didn’t even deduct it!
I’ve been complaining to PLDT every year for 6 years already. I’m a PLDT myDSL Professional subscriber since 2001. That’s 3000 a month and they still have crap service.
PLDT sucks I wish I could bomb the corrupt people there.
oh and another thing… yeah i’m using the professional package… but my speed is just the same as their plan 999. sucks.

hmm nat, i i think you should request a downgrade. and about the rebate… you neeed to call 171 billing assitance like 5 times? to confirm the rebate request.

and whats worst is they will still charge you even if your going to terminate your connection, tsk tsk tsk… some service..

PLDT MyDsl SUCKS!!! ang bagal ng internet, and kapag naka router ka or using 3 computers in 1 connection, pag na detect nila un, they will disconnect your internet,,, bad trip kasi d2 samin kanya kanya kami ng computer,,, hirap tuloy…

oh yea not to mention na super bulok ng customer service nila! those ” so called ” tech support peeps… tragis! they’ve been saying the same ol shit everytime you call to report a certain issue! and this post of mine was like what? more than a year?! and still… yea nothin has changed except for their crappy service thats gettin a lot more worst! well may choice pa ba tayo? coz so far PLDT pa din ang most decent DSL connection that we currently have in this country.

I never had much stress and hassle time since we subscribed to PLDT myDSL. The trend is, If you don’t have any phone line yet it will cause you to wait much 100x time until the internet service will be activated, for us we actually waited for 3 weeks before the phone line was installed and at this very moment we remain not getting any internet access yet. (pain pain pain 100x) I already emailed the said company but it seems that I am only getting a mediocre response. We also received some calls from their team but then they will just leave you an impression of….. do these people really know what they are doing?..
I personally do not deserve such service or should I say treatment. I work in a call center for internet access abroad and our clients are really demanding about the service I myself also deserve to demand in getting the service I deserve…
This is not worth it after all…

A complaint to PLDT petition online – To: Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT)
As someone already mentioned, profit is the main fuel of companies, actually that is why their people ventured into entrepreneurship at the first place. It is sad that there exist companies (on this petition’s case, a fairly large on in our country) with an absurd balance between customer satisfaction and their big fat income statement.
I am a subscribed PLDT myDSL customer, I am not happy at all.
A lot are, they go through many pains with this company, one of which is that you’ll almost never get to talk to their technical support people who on the other hand, will disappoint you since they don’t help at all. I think I speak for everyone who’s working late at night for a critical research they have to submit tomorrow, but due to the bad administering of this company’s broadband service, it won’t happen.
PLDT myDSL or Vibe, everyone has complaints that back up against each other, this is just too horrible.
PEOPLE NEED TO STAND UP, bad enough that there are ridiculously long BBS threads among most Filipino “tech talk” sites about the said services.
This protest aims at combining all those into one direct complaint against the company.

we just had a terrible blow to our pldt billing..imagine..they billed us ngayon a supposedly-paid bill of P33k nuon pang 2004 ?…wtf!!!!!….uminit talaga ang ulo ko kaya naghahanap ako ng way how to “not pay it again” …the problem is ..it was so long ago..the “paid receipt” was nowhere to be found…now what will i do….

I don’t think we can do sumthin’ ’bout it ‘coz PLDT monopolized the phone line nationwide.
Sad but true, we don’t have any choice but to stick on them.
Even other phone companies only renting a connection in PLDT’s cables.

Hahah! Gosh…. My problem with my DSL started last 26 of Feb until now, slow and intermittent connection, madami sila dahilan kesyo baka daw ang computer ko, hello, we have two laptops and one desktop dont tell me na sira lahat un, hanap nanaman sila ng ibang way…. ang guess what… hanggat di mo sila aawayin di nila aasikasuhin ang problem.
Customer Service Agents always says (even their supervisors):
Ok po ma’am sir, ill make a follow up report on this,
Ok po ma’am maglalagay po ako ng note dito to prioritize ang problem nyo sa DSL (??? – Ang tanong ilang level ba ang priorities nila? )
Pag asar na ako bungad ko kaagad…
Anong nangyari sa report ko the last few days? Dont tell me ifofollow up mo ulit at ipapaset mo ulit to prioritize it?
*** Tameme ang Agent… ako na kasi ang nagsbi ng dapat sasabihin nila…
Sa Billing
im requesting for the rebates, aba… under investigation pa daw, hello… ano pa ang iimbistigahan kung maliwanag na hindi naman siguro tayo tanga, o sinto-sinto na tatawag sa napaka HOT na linya nila just to make jokes….
Ang punto ko… slow and intermittent ang connection ko… at least pakunswelo na lang sana ang rebate, minsan magkano lang ang binabawas, goshhhh… parang im paying PLDT para bwisitin ang araw ko.

Maida, im very sorry to ear that. What i can suggest is that try to recall kung where ka nagbayad. If sa bank, mas madali kasi pwede mo i pa halungkat yung records BUT u need to have a legal request for it. JOSKO! hindi biro yung 33,000 ha!
Ryes, true and i agree! kaya naman napaka kampante nila at nuknukan sa kabulukan yung service nila! kasi alam nila na walang choice yung mga tao.
Khay, haha! welcome to the club gurl! nung isang araw lang ako nakipag away sa PLDT pati yung punyeta nilang Manager na si Aaron San Pedro… daig pa presidente ng pilipinas! u have to wait at least 30 mins on que makausap mo lang ang ” so called ” SUPERVISOR NILA na isa pang napaka walang silbe at napaka walang kwenta! akalain mo ba naman malinaw na malainaw na kailangan namin ng technician kasi gusto namin ipalipat ung splitter box kasi kesyo eto daw ung problema o d naman kaya yung ganito… so ok. para matapos na yan IPALIPAT! PAPALITAN ng bago. Punyeta! pag dating ng tech akalain mo ba naman sabihin sa amin HINDI DAW NYA MAAYOS YUNG BOX kasi daw yung lecheng GUN TACKER nya hiniram daw ng isang tech tapos d daw binalik sa kanya. AMPOTA! problema ko pa ba yun?! eh ano pa silbi ng pag punta nya sa bahay diba?!
BOTTOM LINE… yung mga PLDT CSR / 172… ALL OF THEM ARE USELESS! INCLUDING THEIR SUPERVISOR! ang kakapal pa ng mukha nilang mag post ng video sa youtube about their outing whaever! ANG LALAKAS NG LOOB! haha kung ako sa kanila… wag nila pakita mga mukha nila kasi may mga ibang taong may saltik dyan at baka pag nakasalubong nila at mamukhaan… aba! d natin alam ano pwedeng mangyari! mga leche talaga!
