On the way to Phi Phi Beach Resort Morong, Bataan

Been to Phi Phi Beach Resort Morong, Bataan twice. The last time was just 2 weeks ago. I’ve been wanting to write about this beach resort since last year but i’ve been veryyyy busy lately. Anyway, on the way to Phi Phi Beach Resort Morong, Bataan was really an adventure. It’s roughly 40-45mins from SBMA Morong gate. So, before you get out of SBMA make sure you’ve been to a toilet, have bottled water and if you have kids less than 2 years old traveling with you… make sure you have changed their diapers and etc. because from SBMA Morong Gate to Phi Phi Beach Resort Morong, Bataan… there is literally nothing but forest and the road is exactly a two way road and you are not going to be able to park for awhile in case of “whatever”. So, bottom line i strongly suggest to not to go straight to Phi Phi Beach Resort Morong, Bataan coming from Manila. Instead, make a quick stop at SBMA to stretch you legs, have snack and what-so-ever.

Phi Phi Beach Resort Morong, Bataan Experience

Im going to go straight to the point… Phi Phi Beach Resort Morong, Bataan is a perfect place to unwind and relax. You will enjoy the not so calm shores of South China Sea to be specific. Sometimes the waves can really be too strong coz ya its South China Sea. Phi Phi Beach Resort Morong, Bataan doesn’t have the fine, white sand and super clear water like Boracay BUT it is 100% clean & swimable.

Now, let’s talk about the staffs. All the staffs are super nice & friendly. I can never ask for more… The first time we went there and on our last day there was a typhoon. Since were in front of South China Sea… its not just a typhoon. TYPHOON talaga sya as in nag liliparan na yung mga roof nung isang resort. Then the room we were staying in had electrical problem the manager offered us to stay in a different room where its more safer. He apologized even though we know that it is no ones fault and especially not his. At least he apologized unlike in Kamana Sanctuary Resort and Spa… sila pa magaling and they do not give a shit about their client’s opinion.

And now… the food… their menu has limited choices and mainly Filipino dishes. Doesn’t have the wow factor, but edible. A bit pricey but uhmmm… pwede na… You have 2 options. #1 you can bring your own meats / fish for grilling. They have a beach front area with huge tables that you can use. Meron silang grilling thingy na pwede mo i rent but make sure you inform them so they can prepare the coals for you. Option #2 travel back and forth from Phi Phi Beach Resort Morong, Bataan to SBMA eheh. SBMA has tons of restaurants to choose from. You can also take-out some foods from there.

The room rates : VERY AFFORDABLE! off-peak is as low as 1,800 peak season is 2,300. I love their veranda rooms coz its beside their pool area. They have 2 pools. They have one at their beach front area where the cabana’s are and the huge one is near the veranda rooms. The only thing is didn’t like is that when there are bunch of kids who are out of control by their parents and not taking consideration that there are some other guests that might still be sleeping in the rooms near the pool. All the rooms are clean, very well maintained and worth the price.

Wifi : Phi Phi Beach Resort Morong, Bataan is Wi-fi zone BUT it doesnt reach the Veranda rooms and for some reason Globe has excellent signal but my pocket Globe myFi has zero signal! like literally none! I always have to go to the restaurant area but once you are connected everything is fine. Their connection is fast and no interruptions.

The best thing that i like with Phi Phi Beach Resort Morong, Bataan

It is a pet friendly resort! i have been searching for a pet-friendly resort for a very long time and not just some pet-friendly resort but a nice & comfortable beach resort and Phi Phi Beach Resort Morong, Bataan is one of them. The first time we stayed there, our Shih Tzu Sabrina didnt really like the manager. What’s funny is that Sabrina started claiming the reception area and stood by the door and the manager can’t get in. I am 100% Sabrina doesn’t bite. She is off leash and just follows us around. She even tried to jump in the pool while we were swimming thinking that she has to follow us even while swimming.
